Join us for a joyful and creative series of Junk Journaling sessions — a chance to explore self-expression through collage, colour, and storytelling, using recycled materials, pictures, and words.
These sessions are designed especially for people living with dementia and their carers, offering a relaxed, supportive space to make art, meet others, and enjoy the moment.
We’ll provide all the materials – papers, paints, and plenty of inspiration – you just bring yourself, a friend or carer, and a willingness to get creative.
