A calm but powerful session designed to help you slow down, release tension and rebuild strength from the inside out.


Using breathwork, grounding, gentle strength and guided tension-release, this session helps reset the nervous system, improve circulation and restore a steady, energised state.


You’ll move slowly, breathe deeply and reconnect with your body — leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and stronger, not exhausted.


Suitable for all levels.

No experience required. The session will be in two parts with a break for refreshments. This event is supported by The Great Get Together and the Joe Cox foundation. It's part of a wider initiative of local organisations in Newtown coming together for a week of activities to raise awareness of 'Blue Monday.'
